  • Where are The Boxspring Club beds made?

Our beds are all manufactured in our workshop in the Netherlands. We try to source locally as much as possible because we think it is sustainable. That is why a large part of our upholstered bed come from local Dutch sources. The Fabric mostly originates from Portugal and France.  

 

  • In what sizes are the Boxspring Club beds available?

We deliver from 140cm wide, and go up to 200cm wide as standard. Lengths ranges from 200cm to 220cm. Now if you really have a wild idea for a bed size, you can always contact our customer service for your specific requirements! We are happy to help out.

 

 

  • Why a topper mattress on my bed?

A topper comes as standard with your Boxspring Club bed. There are 3 main reasons for this:

  1. Extra comfort: A topper gives your mattress an extra layer of comfort, reduces pressure points and ensures a wonderful, relaxing sleep.
  2. Extend mattress life: Use a topper and your mattress will last longer because you won't be sleeping directly on it.
  3. Getting rid of the annoying gap: If you sleep on separate mattresses, a topper is the solution. Gone is the gap, hello cuddling fun!

 

 

  •  Is the bed cover washable?

The cover of the topper (top mattress) is washable at 40 degrees. We don't recommend washing off the upholstered mattress. The fabric may not like it and there is a change the fabric may no longer fit around the mattress.

 

 

  • What are the hardness options?

We supply soft, medium and firm. Style rule is that between 70kg and 100kg we recommend medium, above 100kg firm and below 70kg soft.

 

 

  • How does the delivery of my Boxspring Club bed works?

We work with a company called Montrieurs for the delivery of our beds. Montrieurs is an external delivery service that delivers and installs your boxspring bed for you.

Through Montrieurs, you will be called for a delivery appointment, and you will also be given access to their online booking system by e-mail. On the day itself, you will, of course, be contacted again to check whether you are really at home. That's nice for everyone, nobody likes closed doors..

 

 

  • How does the installation work?

The bed is installed by Montrieurs and packing materials are taken away again, leaving you with a wonderfully tidy bedroom. Let the mattress rest for an hour before diving in, so the mattress can settle a bit.

 

 

  • Will my old mattress be collected?

For a fee, Montrieurs will also collect your old mattress for recycling. Payment is made in advance via our website. Do you change your mind later about getting rid of your old mattress? No problem, you can also pay at the door.

 

 

  • Will my Boxspring Club bed fit?

We want you to laze around happily ever after. To make sure you don't stress on delivery day, we have a tip: measure everything before you order. That way you can be sure that our deliverers will get your new acquisition through the front door without too much acrobatics, manoeuvring smoothly through narrow corridors, stairs and over thresholds. Mattresses are fortunately still somewhat pliable, but a box spring or headboard? They don't bend for anyone! Should the bed unexpectedly have to be returned because it does not fit, we will charge €70 for logistics costs.

 

 

  • How does it work if I want to return my bed?

Legally, you may return your purchase within 14 days without any excuses. But wait, there's more! We also have our 100-nights sleep guarantee. Read all about it at '100-nights sleep guarantee' and find out how well you can really sleep.

Of course, we do our utmost to make you as happy as a child with your new box spring. But suppose you prefer to return the bed anyway, we do charge €75 for collection. And yes, we expect the bed to be in great condition. Is something wrong anyway? Then we'll deduct the damage from the refundable amount. Arrangements can be made via our customer service.

 

 

  • Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order by emailing customer service. Please do this within 1 week of ordering, otherwise there is a chance that we have already manufactured the bed. That would be a bit of a waste, don't you think?

 

 

  • How does it work with fabric samples?

Still can't choose online from all the beautiful fabrics we offer? No problem, we get it! We offer the possibility to order 5 free samples to take your time at home to see which fabric and colour you like best. We offer this service once for free per customer.

 

 

  • What is Boxspring Club's 100-nights sleep guarantee?

 It is strongly recommended to try out your new mattress at home, in your own familiar surroundings, for several weeks. Initially, this may be a little uncomfortable as you go through a phase of adjusting to the new sleeping position.

 

The adjustment period can take around 30 days. Usually our customers experience a significant difference in comfort right away, but sometimes the body can be so used to the old mattress that it takes a while to accept the new one. For those cases, the 100-nights trial period is meant to give you a real chance to get used to it. So, give it at least 3 weeks before passing judgement.

 

Should you still not like it, you can exchange or return the mattress after 30 days. Unpacking the mattress during the trial period is an advantage we offer over traditional shops or other online providers, after all, sleeping on plastic is no fun for anyone.

 

However, it is important to stress that the 100-day trial period is not meant for other purposes and its misuse will not be tolerated. Deliveries to locations that are not residential, such as campsites or businesses, are not eligible.

 

If you order several mattresses at once, the 100-day trial period applies only to one set of your order (unless otherwise stated). Any exchange within the 100 days will void the trial period for the new product.

 

All our mattresses come with a 10-year guarantee on the springs from the day of delivery. Our 100-night trial period can be used once per customer, so you can only activate this scheme once.

 

Returns will only be collected from the address where the product was originally delivered.
